Catering Pricing - Fundraising
Catering Package Pricing....
The following packages include: Tropical Style Table Set Up, Servers,
Shaver, Flower Cups, Straws, Spoons, Napkins, "Open Shave Ice Bar" and 2 hours of serving time.
Package 1 up to 50 Guest $225.00
Package 2 up to 75 Guest $275.00
Package 3 up to 99 Guest $325.00
Over 100 Guest is considered a Large Group Event.
Tiki Bar: Packages 1-3 do not include the Tiki Bar Set Up, they include a Tropical Style Table Set Up. There is an additional $50.00 set up fee if you would like the Tiki Bar Set Up.
The Tiki Bar is included in the Large Group Packages
at no additional charge.
Pricing for additional time after the minimum 2 hours is the regular hourly rate of the selected package.
There may be an additional fee for travel time and mileage. Please inquire for pricing.

Corporate, Wedding and Large Private Events
These packages will include the following:
Tiki Bar, Tropical Style Table Set Up or Booth/Canopy, Servers, Flower Cups, Straws, Spoons and Napkins.
We will supply everything you need for your event. You can choose from one of our multiple set up options. We can customize any set up to fit your event needs.
Large Group Packages have a minimum of 100 Cups and are not an Open Bar.

500 Cups $1,500.00
1,000 Cups $3,000.00
Package B $4.00 per cup

Fundraising Information ....
Wiki Wiki also host fundraisers. We can host most types of fundraising events that you may have. All you have to do is pick the date, time, location of your event and make sure to invite everyone. We will take care of the rest. No need to find volunteers to sign up to work the event. We will take care of setting up our booth, working the booth and best of all we will even clean up our event booth. We will post your event information on our Website Calendar, Facebook and Twitter Page if you would like help publicizing your event.
Your guest will get to enjoy a delicious Hawaiian treat, we will do the work and your organization/charity will earn money, it's that simple!!!

We can travel to:
Los Angeles, San Diego, Inland Empire, Riverside and Ventura County
There may be an additional fee added to your event for travel time and mileage. Please inquire for pricing.
Event Date Scheduling Policy:
All catering events require a 50% deposit to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. Event dates, times and set up options cannot be secured without a deposit, sorry no exceptions.
Event Date Cancellation Policy:
If your event is canceled within 7 days prior to your event, your full deposit will be held as a credit for a future event depending on our available dates. Credit must be used within 6 months from canceled event date.
Clients are responsible for ALL Permit Cost.
If the client needs additional insurees listed on our Liability
Insurance, please provide it 2 weeks prior to your event date. We
cannot be held responsible for any misspellings or missing names or
information that was not provided to us and if catering is cancelled due
to missing information that was not provided within the 2 week period
of your event your deposit will not be refunded.
